Smooth Criminal

Posted by shanoah on August 31, 2009

Well, I’m sort of continuing with the mashup theme.

This isn’t actually a song mashup but a video mashup, though.

It starts out with a scene from the Fred Astaire movie Daddy Long Legs (1955), and then switches to scenes from The Band Wagon (1953). The music, however, is Michael Jackson‘s Smooth Criminal.

So the overall effect is that of Fred Astaire dancing to Smooth Criminal. And, surprisingly, it works very well. And you can tell that Michael Jackson got inspiration from Fred Astaire…
