Receptacle For The Respectable

Posted by shanoah on May 29, 2009

I don’t know. Fucking Awesome is kind of cool, but in my mind, it doesn’t really compare to  The Man Don’t Give A Fuck by the Super Furry Animals, which is sort of my definitive song-with-the-word-fuck-in-it (over and over again, and not bleeped out).

Of course, I’ve already played it. But its fucking awesome, so I’ll slip it in again. This is from a different concert, anyways, so it doesn’t really count.

However, I actually wanted to play another song by the Super Furry Animals. This song is a rather trippy one called Receptacle For The Respectable. And it isn’t as offtrack as you might think, because I understand Paul McCartney is doing backing vocals for this song.

And in any case, the trip out at the end is great…
