4-24-09 Grand Theft Auto For Intellivision

Now, I tried to find a good reply to your intelligent design post, Shanoah. But most of what I found seemed to take itself much too seriously for this forum. Plus they contained all kinds of unacceptable things like accurate and reliable information. And we can’t have that.

So intelligent design is out. But Intellivision is in.

And if you’re under 30 years old and wondering just what the hell this is all about, here’s one of a series of commercials that Mattel ran comparing the Intellivision to their main rival, the Atari 2600. The white-haired guy is George Plimpton, and the commercial is for Star Strike, which I thought was the shizznit once upon a time. And it was.
