4-2-09 R. E. M. – It’s The End Of The World As We Know It

I wouldn’t say I was doing nothin’ on my break, Shanoah. For instance, I was busy surviving the end of the world.

Anyway, if you’re reading this, then you’ve obviously made it out of the cities to your fortified bunkers in Montana. Man, things got wacky yesterday when that Conficker worm went online, huh? Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies, rivers and seas boiling, forty years of darkness, earthquakes, volcanoes, the dead rising from the grave, human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria… Wacky. [1]

All I have to say is if you swallowed the cagal about Conficker, you’re gonna freak when the Winter Solstice rolls around in 2012.
