I’ll Do The Talking

Posted by shanoah on March 8, 2009

Well, you realise, the band was only together for 2 years, so there’s a limit to what we can play of theirs. Seems they never got their first album out, just a bunch of singles. They had all the tracks for their first album ready, then, as far as I can tell, they had some sort of breakup that left their drummer with all the master tapes.

Per the site, they just got access to their master tapes back, though.

Today, I thought I’d play a song of theirs that is  interesting, in that its very different from their other songs:

I’ll Do The Talking – Cruella De Ville

A very pretty, sentimental song about love between love between siblings… from the people that brought you Two Dreadful Children. Something’s wrong here. Still, it may be out of character for the band (and have a different drummer, even), but it’s a very good song…
