    Sean Daily is an English major from New Jersey now living in Las Vegas, the Other City of Lights. "I consider 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' to be comfort reading, I like the al pastor tacos at Tacos Mexico and I count among my literary influences the Chainsaw from 'Doom'. 'RRRRRR! You don't like that, do you, Mr. Undead Marine! RRRRRR!'"

    Shanoah Alkire is our Discordian at large. "Born in Santa Cruz, I grew up in Grass Valley and the Bay Area, and now lurk in Las Vegas. The Great Dictator

Interesting. Clearly a mad scientist being destroyed by his own creation, one of the great archetypes. Good animation, too. Of course, anything with a mad scientist makes me think of world domination. Which brought to mind this scene:

Charlie Chaplin makes a great world dictator, doesn’t he? One interesting note: if you watch carefully, a lot of this scene is actually being shot backwards. The stilted way the subordinate leaves when Chaplin says he wants to be alone shows this. And you have to smile at the dictator with the ‘stache’s dance with the world…
