Sean Daily is an English major from New Jersey now living in Las Vegas, the Other City of Lights. "I consider 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' to be comfort reading, I like the al pastor tacos at Tacos Mexico and I count among my literary influences the Chainsaw from 'Doom'. 'RRRRRR! You don't like that, do you, Mr. Undead Marine! RRRRRR!'"

Shanoah Alkire is our Discordian at large. "Born in Santa Cruz, I grew up in Grass Valley and the Bay Area, and now lurk in Las Vegas. Yet more Tim Curry

Posted by shanoah on November 9, 2008

I haven’t posted today yet? Meh. And it’s time for the next post, too. Oh well, this will have to do for both today.

I actually lost these videos after migrating a bunch of stuff between accounts on my computer (along with a bunch of old e-mail, but nothing on my current main account, and nothing for the last few months[1]). And I’ve been under the weather for a few days anyways.

So, more Tim Curry goodness. First, we have a rather natural role for Tim:

Clip from Legend

Yes, that is Tim Curry playing the Lord of Darkness there. This is certainly a good role for him. But how about something more musical:

“Holloween” – The Worst Witch

Yes, this is Tim as the Grand Wizard. It has some great lines in it, too. “Has anyone seen my Tambourine?” Get the feeling someone was getting desperate for rhymes for Holloween?

“The Pluck Song” – Blood Moon/Wolf Girl

And similar to Seans last post, this one makes use of the Pl word a lot. Lots of plucking going on. I suppose if I was married to a bearded lady, I’d say the same…

[1] I set up everything to forward to my main e-mail a few months back, and that, thankfully, is a gmail account, so it has years of e-mail stored in it online…
