Cellular City

Posted by shanoah on October 22, 2008

Well, Sean, I’m fighting the urge to use the word “bridge” to segue into a post about Sarah Palin.

Instead, in the spirit of lame bridges, I’ll say that the Cocteau Twins undoubtedly have cellphones and live in or near a city.

Which links right to the musical piece I’m playing today:

Cellular City – Mars Lasar

The futuristic anime style music video that goes with this enhances the feel, but I liked this when I just knew it as a track on an Omni collection cd.

For that matter, the Cocteau Twins would fit right in on that sort of collection as well. I also noticed CD Baby recomends this album if you like them. I may get it at some point: “A 24 Syllable Haiku” is a cool cd name.
