7-13-08 Terry Gilliam – Storytime

Posted by Sean on July 13, 2008

Well, I go by the philosophy of “Too much of a good thing is still a good thing,” so… here’s something from Terry Gilliam before he became the only American Python. It’s Storytime!

Courtesy of metalcoree.

According to IMDB.com, Storytime, made in 1968, was his very first short and only his second official animating credit. His only credit before that is the BBC’s Do Not Adjust Your Set, which starred future Pythons Eric Idle, Michael Palin and Terry Jones. Gilliam joined Monty Python the year after Storytime was made and the rest, as they say, is corn flakes. Or history. Corn flakes or history, one of those.
