5-27-08 Ferenc Rofusz – The Fly

Posted by Sean on May 27, 2008

Wish I knew how to follow up on the Firefly posts, but I don’t.

So I’m going waaaaaaaay back in the blog archives – back to my first neat thing post, in fact. In that post, I told you about Hungarian animator Ferenc Rofusz. Well, on a recent hunch (because I was starving for something to post about), I did a search for for Rofusz on YouTube and found one of his shorts, The Fly.

The Fly won an Academy Award in 1981, way way waaaaaay before CGI animation as we know it. Keep that in mind as you watch it.
