Your What the FUCK for 3-7-08

Today’s neat-thing-hunting tip: NEVER type “sanrio” into YouTube’s search engine.

This is a commercial for a wad of noisome cuteness called Cinnamoroll, from the 666 levels of what-the-fuckery called Sanrio. (And Sanrio.com says his birthday was March 6! How could I have been so remiss! I must remember to send him a nice pipe bomb tomorrow!)

Don’t get me wrong. It’s a clever commercial, with no CGI or special effects that I can detect – a canny use of no-tech advertising.

But it’s just… wrong. And it somehow gets even wronger at 00:11.

Imagine if you’re a kid and seeing this thing on a 60″ hi-def plasma screen. You’d fucking freak. And you’d be right to.

Do not watch if high. I’m serious.
