You don't like that, do you, Mr. Undead Marine! RRRRRR!'"

1-10-08 Black Dice – Rollup

Posted by gavortnik on January 10, 2008

I’ve decided to start showcasing some of the music that I like. Luckily, you can find a lot of music videos on YouTube, which makes my job a lot easier.

Today’s offering is the Brooklyn noise rock/experimental trio Black Dice performing Rollup on a foreign language music show (I think in Brazil, but I’m not sure…). It’s a long one (over eight minutes) and sort of repetitive, in the sense that the Atlantic Ocean is sort of wet. But stay with it; you will be rewarded. I recommend headphones or good speakers, or you’ll miss a lot.

Black Dice is of course brought to you by Maria Levitsky at WFMU.
