Your neat thing for today is an unbelievably old one, at least from the viewpoint of the Internet.
I came across this one back in 1997, during my first forays onto the Web (which would put it in, what, the Cambrian Era?). It was just after I’d had my fragile little mind tweested by the Happy Mutant’s Handbook - hell, it might have even been the HMHB that turned me onto it.
The Kooks Museum is run by Diane Kossy, longtime kook scholar, it has all sorts of wonderful people and things schizophrenic, messianic and racist. In fact, she’s the one that turned me on to Francis E. Dec. It looks a little dated and it hasn’t been updated in about a decade, but I still highly recommend it.
