Sean Daily is an English major from New Jersey now living in Las Vegas, the Other City of Lights. "I consider 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' to be comfort reading, I like the al pastor tacos at Tacos Mexico and I count among my literary influences the Chainsaw from 'Doom'. 'RRRRRR! You don't like that, do you, Mr. Undead Marine! RRRRRR!'"

Wherein a Mutant on the Wrong Side of the Post-Human Consciousness Phase Shift Attempts, With Many Entertaining Hand Gestures, to Outline for Posterity and the Good of All Mankind

A MANIFESTO

With Many Pictures of an Enlightening, Educating and Quite Possibly Arousing Nature

Ahem.

I started this blog mainly to protect the sanity of my family.

I like to spend a lot of time in front of the computer. And, like a dog who finds a dead, rotten squirrel, I must share the treasures that I find.

I do this my mass-mailing everyone in my Contacts list links to all the wonderful things that I find. This is usually done late at night, when I should be sleeping and when I’ve only slept five hours in the last two days. I’m usually in a weird zone by then, with my supercharged V-8 thought processes firing on three cylinders at best.

“Okay,” I’ll think, “I’m starting to see the six-foot befanged Gummi Bears that have been talking to me for the past three hours. That can’t be good. On the other hand, if I go to bed now, I’ll only get 23 minutes of sleep before I had to get up for work. Might as well keep going. And yes, Bruno! I like the red Gummis the best!”

So I make such breathtakingly awesome decisions as sending entries from the humorous left-of-center weblog Crooks and Liars to my Midwest Rush Limbaugh-listening cousins. I haven’t heard from my cousins in a while. Wonder why. Maybe I should e-mail them, and while I’m at it I’ll send them this list of all the civil liberties upon which President Bush has wiped his ass.

Hence this weblog.

From now on, if I find anything neat, it goes here, and my long-suffering family may come here as they please.

I’ll post at least one neat thing a day… hence the name of this weblog. EVERYTHING FITS! IT’S A GOOD BLOG! If you find something neat, you can always e-mail me at gavortnik(at)yahoo.com. If I like it, I’ll put it in.

And yes, Earl, I saw how you just gutted and field-cleaned Herkimer’s gooey Gummi goodness with your hideous hideous claws. Very nice.
